The policy
If Take Dictation is not right for you, send us a message through our support form within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
You do not need a reason. You do not need to have used the app a certain amount, and you do not lose the right to a refund by activating your licence. There is no fee deducted; you get the full amount you paid.
Why we can be this relaxed about it
Take Dictation runs a fully featured 14-day trial before you pay anything. Most people know well before the trial ends whether it fits how they work. The guarantee stands regardless of whether you used the trial.
How to request one
Use our support form, giving the email address you used to buy or your order number. That is the whole process.
Because Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for our orders, the refund is issued through Paddle and returns to your original payment method. Your bank decides how quickly it posts, which is typically a few business days.
After a refund
Your licence ends when the refund is issued, and you should uninstall the app. You are welcome to buy again later if your Mac or your mind changes.
